How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Lincoln Superior Leather Care 3 Step System Tack Cleaning Kit has everything you need to give your tack a little TLC.

The Lincoln Superior Leather Cleansing Gel has been expertly designed to gently remove sweat, grime, mud and dirt without stripping out the natural oils of the leather. Colorless, odorless and leaving no sticky residue behind after use, it uses a concentrated formulation of waxes and oils for a superior finish.

The Lincoln Superior Leather Balsam+ is a luxurious creme which absorbs deep into the leather fibers to restore suppleness and prevent cracking and dyeing. Made with a blend of Natural Avocado Oil, Beeswax, and Lanolin, it smells fantastic and organically protects against mold.

Finally, the Lincoln Superior All-Weather Leather Oil is a lanolin-based emollient which protects leather in all weather. It reproofs saturated leather after being exposed to rain or other liquids, and prevents drying and cracking if your tack has been in extreme heat. Manufactured to protect new leather and renovate older leather, it helps to extend its life.

Also included in this fantastic bundle are two specialized tack sponges to allow you to apply each care step to your tack in the most effective way. A truly excellent kit for maintaining healthy leather, the Lincoln Superior Leather Care 3 Step System is a must-have for every tack room.
