How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The EquiAmi Lunge Aid encourages the horse to work in a soft, round outline, engaging the hindquarters and working in self-carriage. Recommended as a 20-minute, twice-weekly workout for fitter horses, this cleverly designed training aid can also be used more frequently at a lower intensity for rehabilitation purposes.
  • A cleverly positioned loop encourages the horse to bring its hind legs under its hindquarters to lower its head and shorten its frame
  • The loop is self-centering and not fixed to encourage self-carriage
  • The loop system also only needs adjusting on one side as it self-centers and always remains equal, meaning less hassle for you when adjusting for the perfect fit!
  • The chest piece is cleverly designed to work with any roller. It has a flat loop that can slide over a roller or the chest piece can clip directly onto a roller that has a D ring
  • Designed on a 'suggestion and reward' principle - as the horse adopts a more rounded outline, the training aid becomes looser
  • Made from English-made marine-quality rope, with solid brass clips and adjusters for maximum durability
  • An instruction booklet is provided, which explains how to fit the aid to your horse
  • Also comes with a handy burlap storage bag to keep everything together and tidy.
Technical Information
Can be fitted to a horse in a snaffle bridle, but it is recommended that training aid is used with a cavesson for optimal results.

Product comprises of a webbing chestpiece and two color-coded sections of the lunging loop.
