Our Returns Policy

How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The LeMieux Merino+ Loire Classic Dressage Square offers the luxury expected from the Loire collection, with the comfort and pressure relief of our technical Merino+ blend, designed to fit your dressage saddle. LeMieux's iconic Dressage pads are expertly designed dressage saddle pads with a high wither cut, elasticized D-ring tabs and squared-off rear corner.

Delivering the look and security of a half pad without added bulk under the saddle, Merino+ rolls keep the saddle stable in style while reducing pressure. Our Merino+ blend combines natural Merino+ with technical fibers for style with performance. Beautiful woven Loire satin fabric pairs with our signature soft, breathable and friction-free bamboo lining. The natural bamboo blend lining material controls heat and efficiently wicks sweat to keep your horse cool.

Technical Information
  • Satin - 100% Polyester
  • Bamboo fabric - 60% Bamboo, 40% Polyester
  • Merino Wool - 70% Wool, 30% Acrylic
  • Remove hair, dirt and dried sweat with a stiff brush
  • Machine wash at 30° on a cool/wool cycle or hand wash
  • Advised to wash in a wash bag
  • Use Lemieux Wool Wash (available from LeMieux)
  • Straighten/flatten cotton fabric after washing
  • Air dry only away from any heat source. Never tumble dry
  • Avoid using strong fabric conditioners
  • Please ensure all hook and loop is closed firmly prior to washing
