With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

The EASY-CHANGE® Gullet System offers a means of altering the width of the Elastiflex™ tree, found in Arena, Wintec, and Bates saddles. This complete kit contains an EASY-CHANGE Gullet Gauge, four interchangeable gullet plates (2XW plate is fitted as standard in your saddle) along with fixings for fitting them in your WIDE saddle.
The Elastiflex™ tree is designed to be rigid through the length of the saddle, while possessing true lateral flexion to work with the horse’s muscles. The tree width is determined by the size of gullet plate fitted between the tree points. The gullet plate governs the width of the tree from the waist to the tree points.Genuine EASY-CHANGE® Gullet Plates are engineered to be completely rigid, ensuring they cannot spread, or change shape under normal usage. Gullet plates are color coded by size and will remain true to their size throughout their life.
The EASY-CHANGE® Gullet Gauge is a tool to help you select the correct size gullet to fit your horse. You can also use the gullet gauge to monitor any changes in your horse’s muscling every three to six months.
