Our Returns Policy

How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Acavallo Arena AluPro Junior Stirrups would be a fantastic addition to your tack, offering increased safety and comfort throughout use.

The main feature is the unique, stress-actuated locking and release mechanism located between the lower end of the outer, pivoting stirrup arm and the foot support plate/tread, which opens when triggered.

Crafted from durable aluminum, with a stainless steel tread and special polyamide material opening arm, these stirrups are lightweight and hard-wearing. Thanks to the design and construction, these stirrups are less rigid and offer higher levels of comfort compared to conventional styles.

The springing stirrup bow and foot support assembly is extremely shock-absorbing, making the Arena Stirrups ideal for a range of disciplines. This has considerable benefits for the rider, including minimized impacts on the ankles and strong relief for your feet, knees, and hips.
