How to return an item

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Accepted Returns

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, which must be intact and suitable for resale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Return must be made within 28 days of receipt

Packaging Your Return

Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.

We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

How to Return your Items

  • Fill out the returns form included in your delivery
  • Find a carrier of your choice to return the parcel. The cost of return shipping is paid by you.
  • Use the original carrier where possible - If you can, return the item using the same courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS) that delivered it, as they can match it to the original import paperwork.
  • Complete customs forms correctly - On the CN22/CN23 or commercial invoice, clearly state: “UK GOODS RETURNING: DEFECTIVE / UNWANTED”
  • Declare the correct value - Use the original purchase value, and clearly indicate that the item is a return of merchandise
  • Include original tracking details - If possible, add the original import tracking or waybill number to help confirm the item was previously imported.
  • Keep proof of postage - Always retain your receipt and tracking number as proof of return in case of delay or loss.

The Sprenger AERO Stirrups are the ultimate choice for riders of all levels who are seeking increased safety in the event of a fall. Engineered from high strength anodized aluminum, these unique stirrups are equipped with flexible arms to release the rider's foot when you come away from your horse.

Thanks to their innovative design, the AERO Stirrup arms move 180° which allows the foot to be released sideways, upwards, forwards, or backwards when pressure is applied.

This Sprenger model also offers you the greatest possible support. An extra-wide, fibreglass-reinforced tread with soft and firm grip elements provides high levels of support and security. The tread is inclined at 5° to support the stability of your thigh and ensure a comfortable riding experience. As the AERO Stirrups are shaped to follow the natural curve of your leg, they encourage a 'correct' position, while the replaceable stirrup pads have a shock-absorbing effect which can help to protect your joints and ligaments, whether you are schooling, hacking or jumping,

Completed with angled and twisted stirrup leather eyelet, the AERO Stirrups are optimally balanced and hang in a natural position in relation the leg, and ensure a close contact with the horse.

Made of materials that are used in the aerospace industry, the AERO Stirrups offer an excellent quality that is made for the stresses and strains of equestrian sport, with a breaking load of over 1.6kgs. These superb features all combine to make the AERO a must-have pair of stirrups for any horse rider to team with their existing tack.
