With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

If you want to keep flies and other insects under control with very low effort and cost and without putting your own health at risk, then this Fly paper is just what you need! No need to use sprays or chemicals, simply hang in a place where flies are becoming a problem using the thumbtack provided and let the magic happen! Ideal for both indoor and outdoor use, and so easy to use!
When you need to start a fresh Fly paper strip, simply bring to room temperature and slowly pull out the string to unwind the adhesive strip in a counter-clockwise direction, and then let it hang! The clean white paper strip will attract flies and other insects with its added attractant, causing them to get stuck in the adhesive coating, allowing you, your horse, or anyone else that might be involved to carry on with your day without disturbance.
