With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

Nettex Muddy Marvel Barrier Cream is a breathable and highly effective waterproof barrier that provides antibacterial protection against wet and muddy conditions.
It is an advanced formula that will moisturize and maintain skin elasticity to prevent drying, cracking and chapping of the skin.
Great for use for mares in season to help prevent the soreness commonly caused by urine. It can also be used regularly to prevent the condition from starting.
Directions for use:Using hands or sponge massage liberal amounts of Muddy Marvel Barrier Cream into the legs below the fetlock and around the heels to form an effective barrier against mud.
Apply Muddy Marvel Barrier Cream once a week but in extreme wet and muddy conditions re-apply as necessary.
Wipe off anyaccumulated mud using a soft cloth and re- apply.
No need to hose or wash legs.
