With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

Equine America Squeaky Clean Yard Shampoo is a carefully formulated, hypoallergenic solution suitable for all horses and ponies. This fragrance and paraben-free shampoo features aloe vera for its calming properties, helping to promote a healthy and shiny coat. Supplied in a concentrated format, it is designed to be diluted before use to ensure plenty of product for the whole yard.
Ingredients
Aqua (Water), Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, DMDM Hydantoin, Citric Acid.
Directions for use
This shampoo is supplied in a concentrated format and should be diluted before use.
Dilute the shampoo 5:1 by adding 1 part shampoo (100ml) to 5 parts water (500ml).
For best results, use warm water to dilute.
Wet the horse thoroughly with warm water.
Massage the diluted shampoo into the coat with a sponge, brush or by hand, working into a lather, avoiding the eye area.
Rinse thoroughly ensuring that all suds are removed and until water runs clear.
Warnings
Causes serious eye irritation.
Wash contaminated skin thoroughly after handling.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and face protection.
If in the eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
If eye irritation persists, get medical advice or attention.
Storage
Use within 12 months of opening.
