With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

The Myler Loose Ring Low Port Comfort Snaffle Bit features the Myler MB04 Level 2 mouthpiece and Myler Loose Ring Cheek Rings.
The MB04 mouthpiece is ideal for the young-minded horse who can take longer to bring back & refocus after a spook. The innovative design of the port gives some tongue room but will rotate onto the tongue if the rider needs a stronger signal. The port gives the tongue room and makes it easier for the horse to swallow and to move better.
When activated, the MB04 mouthpiece will first collapse to wrap the outer lips & bars, giving the horse some warning before it acts on top of the tongue.There are carefully placed copper inlays on this Myler bit, which will naturally oxidize. This is harmless to the horse, but has a sweet taste so encourages salivation and acceptance.Myler loose ring cheeks are simple stainless steel "O" shapes where both the bridle and mouthpiece have no fixed point of attachment but slide freely around the ring. The loose ring allows a lot of play as the mouthpiece slides freely around the ring. The loose ring is generally considered one of the most non-interfering cheek pieces because the mouthpiece slides freely around the ring. However, the play in the mouthpiece can make it difficult for a horse to find your hands as the mouthpiece is in continual motion. The movement of the mouthpiece can also exaggerate or create a busy mouth in young or anxious horses. It is best suited for more advanced horses fully schooled in leg and seat aids as well as rein aids.This bit is dressage legal.
