With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

The Stubben 2in1 Butterfly Double Jointed Lozenge Snaffle Bit offers two impact levels in one bit by simply switching the sides of the bit.
If you buckle the more angular side of the bit towards the horse’s tongue the pressure occurs more selectively. However if you buckle the round side towards the horses tongue you will have a softer impact.
When the sign + is visible on the mounting side, the more effective side is in use. If you cannot see the + side from the mounting side the softer side is in use. By changing the buckling from time to time prevents desensitization of the horse’s mouth.
This bit features a Sweet Copper Link which provides better acceptance for your horse while offering a pleasant taste of the middle piece. This also encourages your horse to chew and salivate which helps the horse feel happier with the bit.
The benefits of a Butterfly Snaffle is especially suitable for jumping as it has enhanced impact and control and helps support the horses in tight turns.
