With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items should be securely packaged for return. Please do not apply tape, labels, or glue directly to the product or its original packaging (such as boot boxes or rug bags), as this can cause damage and may affect your refund. Items MUST be in new condition, clean and dry.
We do not offer a free returns service. The cost of returning a parcel to our UK warehouse must be covered by you.

It is the ultimate safeguard to your horse’s mouth as it is very gentle offering 100% pinch-free qualities, meaning it is sensitive and suitable for inexperienced horses. It features large discs known as safeguard plates that offer optimal protection to your horse’s mouth, especially the corners and ensures the bit always remains in the correct position.
The bit enables the rider to give a direct response from the outside of the horse’s mouth combining the advantages of a loose ring snaffle with the direct yet gentle action from outside on the horse’s mouth.
The benefits of the sweet copper link mean that the bit is easier to accept and there is a pleasant sweet taste of the middle piece. It encourages your horse to chew and salivate helping your horse to feel better. It is made of a solid copper composition with very high strength.
The bit permits individual buckling and evenly distributes pressure over the horse’s mouth. When fixing the reins at the lower ring the pressure is divided between the horse’s mouth and neck.
